Dear fellow wanderers,

As I sit down to share this heartfelt message, I have an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the incredible journey that Spain has been for me. It has undoubtedly been a journey woven with love, exploration, and cherished moments. In essence, this journey has compelled me to start a Spain Travel Blog called Explora Ruta.

Many years ago, I embarked on a journey that would not only shape my travels but also my soul. Spain, with its enchanting landscapes and warm embraces, became not just a destination but a second home. From the mesmerizing streets of Barcelona to the hidden gems of Granada, every corner holds a story etched in the depths of my heart. Moreover, Madrid, especially, holds a special place in my heart.

Also my time in Spain witnessed the union of two souls. My partner and I exchanged vows in a place that radiates romance and history – San Martin de Valdeiglesias, Spain. This took place in Pantano de San Juan in the end of June. It was also the patron saint day of San Juan, and it felt calmly fitting. It felt meant to be.

Having left home at 18 to traverse the globe, Spain has become a part of the tapestry of my adventures. My husband and I and our two children concurrently live between Spain and the USA. Living a bilingual, bicultural life has enriched our daily existence. It has blended the vibrancy of España with the roots of the US. As a result, our home is a living testament to the beautiful fusion of cultures and languages.

I’m excited to introduce you to my Spain Travel Blog Explora Ruta. This a space where I pour my soul into sharing the profound beauty and hidden treasures of this extraordinary country.
